These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of TEAM Primus (Therapeutic Engagement through Adventure Missions), operated by Jigiya Tech LLC (“Jigiya Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Atlanta, Georgia. Please read these Terms carefully before using TEAM Primus.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using TEAM Primus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are creating an account on behalf of a clinic or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use TEAM Primus.
2. Account Responsibilities
TEAM Primus accounts are created and held by adults — parents, clinicians, and clinic administrators. Children do not create their own accounts. The adult who creates a child's profile is responsible for:
- The accuracy of the information entered into that child's profile;
- Determining that TEAM Primus is appropriate for that child's use, in consultation with the child's clinical team where applicable; and
- Supervising the child's use of TEAM Primus as they see fit.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use TEAM Primus for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account, another child's profile, or clinic data you are not authorized to view;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of TEAM Primus, including by attempting to bypass its security measures;
- Upload or submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others; or
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of TEAM Primus except as permitted by law.
4. Intellectual Property
TEAM Primus, including its software, adventures, and design, is owned by Jigiya Tech LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Zeek and the other Team Supreme characters are licensed intellectual property, used in TEAM Primus under license, and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used outside of TEAM Primus without prior written permission.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use TEAM Primus for its intended purpose.
5. Clinical Disclaimer
TEAM Primus is a therapeutic engagement tool. It is designed to support communication and social-emotional skill-building through interactive adventures aligned to a clinical curriculum, and to help clinicians and parents track a child's engagement and milestone progress over time.
TEAM Primus is not a diagnostic tool, and it does not replace professional clinical assessment, judgment, or treatment. Data and summaries produced by TEAM Primus, including AI-generated session insights, are intended to support — not substitute for — the clinical judgment of a qualified professional. Decisions about a child's diagnosis, treatment plan, or care should always be made by a licensed clinician based on their own professional evaluation.
6. Third-Party Services
TEAM Primus relies on third-party infrastructure and services (described in our Privacy Policy) to operate. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by the failure of a third-party service beyond our reasonable control.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TEAM Primus is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that TEAM Primus will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jigiya Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of TEAM Primus, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or TEAM Primus shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using TEAM Primus and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to TEAM Primus if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use TEAM Primus will immediately cease.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TEAM Primus after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
