Jigiya Tech LLC (“Jigiya Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Atlanta, Georgia, operates TEAM Primus (Therapeutic Engagement through Adventure Missions), a web application available at www.teamprimus.com that pairs interactive adventures with clinical progress tracking for children receiving ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to parents, clinicians, and clinics who use TEAM Primus.
By creating an account or using TEAM Primus, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information. When a parent, clinician, or clinic administrator creates an account, we collect an email address and name.
- Child profile data. Parents and clinicians create profiles for the children who use TEAM Primus. This may include the child's first name, date of birth, diagnosis, communication style, and sensory notes.
- Gameplay data. As a child plays through adventures, we record the choices they make, response times, and milestone assessments tied to their clinical curriculum (for example, VB-MAPP-style milestone codes).
- Clinician notes and session data. Clinicians may record contextual notes, tags, and session-level observations tied to a specific child's playthrough of an adventure.
We do not collect any information directly from children. See “Children's Privacy” below.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
TEAM Primus is designed for children, and we take children's privacy seriously. Children under 13 do not create their own accounts and cannot register, log in independently, or provide personal information to us directly. Child profiles are created and managed entirely by a parent, guardian, or clinician acting on the child's behalf, in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).
- No data is collected directly from children through any form, chat, or sign-up flow.
- We do not use child data, or any data collected through TEAM Primus, for behavioral advertising.
- We do not sell or share child data — or any personal data collected through TEAM Primus — with third parties for marketing purposes.
- A parent or clinician who created a child's profile can review, correct, or request deletion of that child's data at any time by contacting us (see “Contact Us” below).
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate and maintain the TEAM Primus service, including child profiles and adventure gameplay;
- Generate clinical progress summaries and milestone tracking for clinicians and parents;
- Enable clinicians and clinic administrators to manage children assigned to their care;
- Communicate with account holders about their account or the service; and
- Maintain the security and integrity of the service.
Data Storage and Security
TEAM Primus stores data using Firebase, a Google Cloud platform. Data is encrypted in transit (using TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Access to clinical and child profile data is restricted by role — a clinician can generally only access children assigned to their care, a clinic administrator can access children within their clinic, and a parent can only access their own child's profile.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of third-party service providers to operate TEAM Primus:
- Firebase (Google Cloud) — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Anthropic (Claude API) — used to generate AI-assisted clinical session insights from gameplay data. No personally identifying information (such as a child's name) is sent to Anthropic as part of these requests.
- ElevenLabs — used for voice generation within adventures. No personally identifying information is sent to ElevenLabs.
- Vercel — hosts the TEAM Primus web application.
- Deepgram — planned for future speech-to-text functionality. Deepgram is not currently integrated into TEAM Primus.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments, and we do not permit them to use TEAM Primus data for their own independent purposes.
Data Retention
We retain account and child profile data for as long as the associated account remains active. If a parent, clinician, or clinic requests deletion of an account or a specific child's data, we will delete that data from our active systems, subject to any limited retention required to comply with legal obligations or to maintain clinical/BAA-related recordkeeping requested by a covered entity.
HIPAA and Clinical Data
TEAM Primus facilitates the collection of clinical data — such as milestone assessments and session notes — on behalf of ABA therapy practices. Where a clinic or clinician using TEAM Primus is a HIPAA covered entity, Jigiya Tech LLC will execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) upon request to govern our handling of protected health information on that covered entity's behalf.
Business Associate Agreements with our subprocessors (Firebase, Anthropic, and Deepgram) are in progress. Clinics with specific compliance requirements should contact us before relying on TEAM Primus to process protected health information.
Your Rights
You, or the parent/clinician who manages a child's profile, have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you or a child in your care;
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information; and
- Delete your account or a child's profile and associated data.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of TEAM Primus after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
